The location of the hotel is convenient with great connectivity, providing easy access to the metro. The staff members are extremely helpful and very accommodating, going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and kept clean with prompt room service. Guests enjoy a variety of facilities including Wi-Fi, toiletries, and comfortable beds.

The breakfast could use some improvement, lacking quality.

The room service was great, and any issues we reported were fixed within the day, if not instantly. The hotel's location and connectivity were awesome, with easy access to transportation, including the nearby metro. Had a great new year's stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast on offer.
